What is Required?

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant.
• A State-established or other Hospice Aid training program that meets the requirements of 42 CFR484.36 and a competency evaluation program.
• Experience in a home health environment is preferred.
• Fifty percent travel required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

Pay & Benefits Information

The base pay for this position is $20 to $24 hourly, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
