About the role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program, BSN preferred
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
  • Home care/Hospice experience preferred but not required
  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule

4 day work week. Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 11 am to 8 pm. Backup for a day on the weekend and/or holiday rotation every 2-3 months.
