Hospice Administrator RN-Greenwood, IN

About the role

As a Hospice Administrator at Interim HealthCare, you will oversee a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to clients in the Greenwood/Indianapolis area. You will lead branch operations with a focus on clinical compliance, market development, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results
• Create an office environment that maintains positive morale and supports the attainment of personal and business goals
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as Interim HealthCare policies and procedures
• Develop strategic plans for business development and growth of the operating office

Requirements

• A college degree, preferably in nursing, health care, or business
• Active RN license
• Training and experience in healthcare administration
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive advancement in business with at least three (3) years of management experience in hospice care or a related health care industry
• Experience working with financial statements and responsibility for the profitability of a business unit (preferred)
