  What You’ll Do

  • Drive a fully-equipped service van to repair and replace broken hoses on-site
  • Diagnose issues, solve problems, and fabricate hoses to get equipment running again
  • Manage your tools and vehicle
  • Join a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)

  What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude (cars, bikes, boats — it all counts)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Comfortable working independently most days — unless it’s a big job, you’ll run service calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you restock

  Experience

  No hose experience needed — we’ll train you and back you up with 24/7 support.

  Compensation

  $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
