Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews
- Lead a team of developers to achieve project goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies relevant to software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with software testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
