Valley Tree Care has been a family-owned and operated tree care company dedicated to providing high-quality care for customers and their trees since 1992. We are currently seeking to add another great member to our Tree Care Team. We are offering an exceptional opportunity for paid training to learn the art of tree care in the Phoenix Valley. Upon completion of training, you will be given the chance to operate your own truck and earn a base salary plus commission!

Responsibilities
- Follow all policies and procedures for the position
- Show up consistently at 7 AM
- Drive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the day
- Evaluate trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problems
- Sell our products and treatments by informing and advising the customers
- Keep work truck clean and organized
- Fill out paperwork and reports properly
- Communicate effectively with management to keep them informed of field activities
- Continuously learn to improve understanding of plant health, products, and services provided
Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior sales experience
- Desire to learn about the plant health care industry
- Familiarity with basic digital communication and online forms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills to work with customers on tree care needs
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Desire to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic
- High levels of honesty and integrity
- AZ drivers license and clean driving record
