Responsibilities
- Work with clients to ensure consistent safety and a healthy environment.
- Support clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily routines.
- Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
- Help clients with shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
- Encourage regular exercise, socialization, and entertainment.
- Provide companionship and maintain a supportive friendship.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience working with disabilities (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of insurance.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A letter from a person or employer verifying your field experience.
