Hope HBCU-CDFI Economic Mobility Strategy Guide

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration in the Deep South, Hope Enterprise Corporation released a new strategy guide showing how CDFIs and HBCUs worked together to address conditions associated with persistent and concentrated poverty in both rural and urban areas. Duvall Decker worked with Hope to provide campus and community research, planning, and community engagement to support the search for a third economy that would facilitate the growth of a vibrant community and economic mobility for those in need.
