About the role

Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
• Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
• Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
• Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

Requirements

• Full time availability
• You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• 6+ months of experience as a lube/express technician required
• A State Inspectors License is a plus
• Experience at an Automotive School or Program is a plus
• Prior dealership experience is a plus
• A positive team-minded attitude
