Honda Express Lube Technician Trainee

About the Role

We are currently seeking Express Service Lube Technicians Trainees to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Express Service Building. This is a full-time position for bright, motivated, and energetic professionals who want to be part of a world-class team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Work with a mentor to train on the following tasks:
  • Change oil and filter.
  • Rotate and balance tires.
  • Complete a multi-point inspection.
  • Perform a walk-around video and take pictures of filters and other components.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.

Requirements

• Clean criminal background and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Active and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with little supervision.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Professional demeanor.

Pay

Up to $21.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Earnings potential depends on your productivity.
