About the role

Lead a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care and satisfaction for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional client care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in home health care or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care services.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
