About the role
Lead a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care and satisfaction for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional client care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in home health care or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care services.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
