Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols
• Document patient care in electronic charts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with medication administration
• Support patients and families through challenging times

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for home health care
