Homecare Aide - HCA

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregiver Angels. If you are not certified, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure safety, comfort, and independence.
• Assist with tasks such as companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on personal care, errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and companionship.
• Work various shifts including short, long, overnight, and live-ins.
• Support clients with daily activities and provide emotional support.
• Adhere to Care Plans and Care Notes available on your phone.
• Communicate with office staff for any issues or questions.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License if applicable.
• License HCACNA (Homecare Aide Certification).
• National Registry of Direct Patient Care Associates (NRDCA) or National Association for Direct Service Agencies (NADSA) certification.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with elderly individuals preferred but not required.

Skills

• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
• Basic computer skills for using the company's software.
