Homebound Teacher 2026-2027

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional resource services on an as-needed basis in person for students who are homebound during the school year.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher(s) to gather data and use it to adjust and monitor instruction for identified students.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia teacher license.
• Experience as a teacher.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and demonstrate flexibility.

Pay

$35.00 per hour (non-contract pay).

Schedule

This is a part-time, temporary position. The total number of work days and times will vary based on student needs and available homebound funds.
