Homebound Special Education Service Provider

Hours: 3-5 hours per week plus prep time; flexible scheduling

Salary: $32.12 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct special education instruction to students receiving homebound/home-based services in academic, functional, behavioral, and/or social-emotional areas
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and related instructional supports in the homebound setting
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure continuity of education programming
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of instructional services, attendance, progress toward IEP goals, and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• An appropriate MN Special Education teaching license or the ability to attain one
