Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit. Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its correct place.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe with regular security walks.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during overnight hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs with strong independent problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
