Home Visitor - Early Head Start

Role: Early Head Start Home Visitor Responsibilities Conduct weekly home visits to support infants, toddlers, and their families.Develop and implement individualized family service plans.Coach parents as their child's first teacher, delivering developmentally appropriate activities.Connect families with community resources to support their needs.Document child progress and ensure compliance with Early Head Start standards.Collaborate with education and social service staff to enhance family support. Qualifications & Skills Experience working with young children and families preferred.Strong communication and coaching skills.Knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.Ability to maintain detailed documentation and adhere to program standards.Commitment to inclusive, mission-driven work supporting family strengthening through early education, health, and social services.
