Early Head Start Home Visitor

About the role

Serves as Agency Planner collecting, compiling and analyzing data for development and evaluation of Community Action Plan. Responsible for Organizational Standards tracking and documentation. Provides human resources expertise and support to the Executive Director exercising discretion and independent judgement with respect to all operations of the organization.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree preferred in Community Planning, Social Work, Human Resources or related field
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human resources and data management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to draft well-crafted language for disciplinary actions, policies and procedures and agency and grant correspondence
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining professionalism
• Expertise in data collection and data management

Pay & Schedule

Full-time, Exempt position.
