The role involves providing home visits to support elderly individuals in their daily lives, focusing on health monitoring, safety checks, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits to assess the health and living conditions of elderly clients.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with managing medications.
• Monitor the physical and mental health of clients and report any issues to supervisors.
• Offer emotional support and engage in conversation to improve the quality of life for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with elderly populations or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including email and internet navigation.
