SUMMARY

The Home Visiting Supervisor will supervise and guide a team of HVP Home Visitors and Home Visiting Liaisons in preparing parents of young children for self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent implementation of best practices, documenting family outcomes, aligning school readiness goals, and providing high-quality and comprehensive services. The Supervisor will also provide reflective supervision, conduct observations, and offer feedback. Additionally, they will model and promote professionalism and collaboration within the HVP team, across the agency, and in partnership with DHS. This involves developing and maintaining supportive, professional relationships with children and their families to strengthen parent education, effective communication, family involvement, and advocacy efforts.

About the role

This position requires a strong commitment to supporting families and promoting child development. The Home Visiting Supervisor must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Public Health, or a closely related field. Prior experience in home visiting, program management, or community-based services is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data management systems are also required.

Requirements

Schedule
