Home Visitation Manager

About the role

As a Home Visitation Manager, you will plan, develop, implement and supervise all aspects of daily operations. You will lead a team of Family Educators in the oversight of family development through goal setting, recruitment, parent participation, and overall parent satisfaction with the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent and three or more years' experience in a home visitation program required
• Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience preferred
• Travel to various sites throughout Youth In Need's Service Area is required
• Ability to be CPR certified required
• Class E Driver's License required

Pay

This is a salaried position, starting at $47,723 per year.
