Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing.
Mets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
Additional three (3) months of experience in the specific modality unless otherwise specified in specific state regulations.
Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis.
Train and educate patients and care partners on home dialysis treatments.
Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing clinical support.
Serve as a trusted resource throughout the patient's home dialysis journey.
Promote safe treatment practices and positive patient outcomes.

$40.00 - $46.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
