Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
Pay
- Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be added based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
