Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
About the role
On-call coordinator for home support, providing after-hours scheduling and staffing for all private duty home care services. This is an every-other-weekend remote role.
Pay
- On-call flat rate: $30/day Monday–Thursday, $66.67/day Friday–Sunday
- $20/hour for any engaged time

Responsibilities
- Answer after-hours phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Handle all inquiries and referrals promptly to determine urgency of follow-up
- Oversee all after-hours resident schedules for private duty services to ensure they match the indicated plan of care
- Triage residents, families, referral sources, and employee questions and issues as appropriate
- Maximize schedules and reduce open shifts while minimizing overtime and scheduling inefficiencies
Requirements
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or an environment serving the senior population
- Scheduling services experience preferred
- Strong customer service focus and critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem-solve
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
