About the role

This field-based role drives revenue growth within the environmental services sector by developing new business, conducting on-site inspections, and presenting solutions that reduce environmental health risks.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients on-site to understand needs, explain radon risks, and recommend solutions
• Generate new business across residential, commercial, and real-estate markets
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Build relationships with consultants, inspectors, real estate agents, and property managers to grow referrals
• Manage a steady sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access basements, crawlspaces, attics, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Routine use of standard office equipment, including an iPad
• Periods of sitting, driving, and computer work
• Daily local travel
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Are confident, competitive, and motivated by hitting goal
• Enjoy meeting new people and solving real-world problems
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Are comfortable climbing, crawling, and working in different weather conditions

Pay

Average first-year earnings between $80,000 and $115,000 (base + commission). Uncapped commission: the more you sell, the more you earn.
