You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a compassionate and dependable Home Services Assistant committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing and grooming, ambulation, toileting, transfers with or without equipment, turning and positioning in bed or chair, prescribed exercise routines, reminders to take medications, etc.)
• Assist with or prepare meals and snacks adhering to dietary recommendations
• Assist with oxygen equipment
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment (making and changing beds, washing dishes, laundering residents’ belongings, etc.)
• Shop and run errands for residents
• Other duties as assigned by the Home Services Coordinator

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a Home Services position preferred
• Good computer skills, including email and data entry
• Customer service background and orientation
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required
