Schedule
Part-Time: Must be available Monday–Sunday: 7:00am–8:30am and Thursday & Saturday: 1:00pm–4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., dressing and grooming, ambulation, toileting, transfers with or without equipment, turning and positioning in bed or chair, assist with prescribed exercise routines, provide reminders to take medications)
- Assist with or prepare meals and snacks, adhering to dietary recommendations
- Assist with oxygen equipment
- Perform light housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and clean environment (e.g., making and changing beds, washing dishes, laundering clients’ belongings)
- Shop and run errands for clients
- Other duties, as assigned by Home Services Coordinator
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in a Home Services position (preferred)
- Good computer skills, including use of email and data entry
- Customer service background and orientation
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
