What You’ll Do
- Complete home repair and maintenance projects with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Lead by example on job sites through preparation, professionalism, problem-solving, and follow-through
- Help coach, support, and guide other technicians
- Communicate clearly with customers, set expectations, and represent TruBlue with confidence
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and consistently
- Identify issues before they become problems and help keep jobs moving smoothly
- Work closely with the office and leadership team to deliver a great customer experience
- Help raise the standard for quality, reliability, and professionalism across the team
Who You Are
- A skilled, dependable professional with 7+ years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, handyman, or construction experience
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, repairs, punch-list work, and general home maintenance
- The ability to diagnose problems, recommend practical solutions, and complete quality work efficiently
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other technicians, preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers, office staff, and team members
- Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and pride in workmanship
- A professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A full set of tools appropriate for residential repair and maintenance work
- Fluency in English
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
