About the role
We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community. We are looking for a seasoned handyman handywoman with the following experience:
Responsibilities
- Bathroom upgrades and remodel
- Drywall repair, patching, and caulking
- Flooring repair and installation
- General Carpentry
- General home repairs and handyman work
- Kitchen repair and remodel
- Maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems
- Painting interior and exterior
Requirements
- Five or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Standard tools
- Speaks fluent English and is a legal citizen of the US
Qualifications
The appropriate candidate for the Home Technician / Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical.
