Home Service Representative - Weekdays

About the Role

Home Service Representatives support Winnipeggers in living independently by traveling to clients' homes to install, support, and explain the Lifeline service. You will work directly with subscribers and caregivers to provide an added layer of security to everyday living.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and explain the Lifeline service in clients' homes.
• Work directly with subscribers and caregivers.

Requirements

• Empathy, flexibility, and an interest in ongoing learning.
• Demonstrated organizational talent and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a valid Driver's License.
• Criminal record and vulnerable sector check (reimbursed).

Schedule

Daytime shifts are available Monday through Friday between 9 am - 4 pm. A minimum of one four-hour shift per week is required.
