About the role
This position focuses on residential home maintenance, repair, and improvement projects with an emphasis on doors, windows, drywall repair, painting, and general handyman services.Responsibilities
- Door and window installation
- Drywall patching and finishing
- Interior painting
- Trim carpentry
- Miscellaneous plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assessing projects and documenting completed work with photos and notes
- Delivering high level of customer service
Requirements
- Skilled in quality craftsmanship
- Comfortable working independently and with a team

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home maintenance, repair, and improvement preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
