Job Responsibilities
- Meeting sales and marketing goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
- Following up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
- Understanding the loan process and credit analysis
- Working weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
Requirements
- Closer and Negotiator state of mind
- Strong communication skills

- Prioritize & multi-task
Qualifications
- Past experience in prospecting
- Absolutely amazing follow up with prospects
- Knowledgeable about marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Integrity is a must
