Home Sales Consultant - Panama City Beach

About the role

Regional Homes of Panama City Beach is seeking professional, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our sales team. You'll be selling award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area. Previous sales experience is not required—we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prospect, market, and promote new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Work and communicate effectively with team and customers
• Understand the loan process and credit analyzation
• Work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings, and some holidays

• Proven background in prospecting

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms
