Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building with potential buyers.
• Provide expert guidance on home buying processes, including financing options and home inspections.
• Represent Champion Homes at open houses and other events to showcase properties and engage with prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local housing market trends and preferences.
• Experience with CRM software.
