Responsibilities
- Active Arizona real estate license required (new or experienced agents)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to learn new CRM systems and AI integrated tech
- Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in-person conversations
- Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems
- High level of personal accountability and time management - this is a Full Time position
- Desire to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate professional - new or experienced are welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Pay
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
