- Roll up to each house, solve a hands-on puzzle, do clean and durable repairs, and leave homeowners with genuine peace of mind.
- Start at our Bothell warehouse: review your route for the day and load your truck.
- Drive to homes across King and Snohomish Counties.
- Find where rodents are getting in, and seal those entry points with precise, long-lasting carpentry.
- Walk homeowners through the work— you're the face of the company at their door.
- Leave every site cleaner than you found it.
- Log your work on a company phone before heading out.
- Expect to work in crawl spaces, attics, and up on ladders. This is real, physical, hands-on work—and it's where the craftsmanship comes in.
- A working knowledge of tools and repairs is a plus— a background in construction, carpentry, handyman work, or home repair. But we're glad to train the right person, so don't count yourself out if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Comfortable on ladders, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Friendly and clear with customers.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll pull an MVR).
- Able to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen. We do not screen for marijuana.
- Open to occasional evenings or weekends, though that's rare.
