Responsibilities

• Complete Maintenance & Repairs – Take care of small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects (projects can range from two hours to two days).
• Make Recommendations and Manage Customer Expectations – Help customers understand the scope of the work, its costs and what it takes to finish the project.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience using Mr. Handyman Way’s repeatable process to wow the customer every time.
• Manage your own projects as you’ll often work alone.
• Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews, collecting payments and ensuring the property is left in good shape.
• Document the job while following our process, aligning yourself with our culture, vision and expectations.

• Ability to manage own projects and work independently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ask for reviews, collect payments, and leave property in good shape.

• Use technology (iPad, ServiceTitan) to tackle a variety of projects.

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $35‑45 per hour plus bonus opportunities; pay is only limited by your motivation and professionalism.
