Responsibilities

• Complete small‑to‑medium maintenance and repair projects for residential and commercial customers (typically 2 hours to 2 days).
• Make recommendations and manage customer expectations by explaining scope, costs, and timelines.
• Deliver a great experience using the “Mr. Handyman Way” to create lifelong customers.
• Manage projects independently, often working alone.
• Provide excellent customer service, solicit reviews, collect payments, and ensure properties are left in good condition.
• Utilize company technology (iPad, ServiceTitan) to document jobs and follow established processes.
• Align work with company culture, vision, and expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and general contracting.
• Well‑rounded professional with a variety of handyman skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work alone when needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfort with using technology for scheduling, documentation, and job management.

Pay
