Home Remodeling Coordinations Manager (In-Office)

About the role

DC Pines Roofing is looking for a Home Remodeling Coordinations Manager to lead the Coordinations team while being actively involved in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Coordinations team each day
• Train new team members and reinforce company processes and expectations
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment
• Assist leadership with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
• Work alongside your team handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Coordinate appointments between homeowners, sales representatives, and internal departments
• Ensure customer information is accurate and complete within the CRM
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Resolve scheduling challenges and customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Help improve workflows and day-to-day processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in Inside Sales or Field Marketing for home remodeling such as windows, roofs, solar, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to coach others while also contributing as an individual team member
• Strong computer skills and experience learning CRM systems
• Professional, dependable, and solutions-focused
