About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Log daily clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
• Sign on Bonus: Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT Days: $2,000 - FT $1,000 - PT

Requirements

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation commuting to patient location
