Responsibilities

• Provide indirect patient care by ensuring the list of home medications is completed per Policy and Procedure at the time of admission.
• Assist physicians and mid-level providers with transfer/discharge medication reconciliation when requested.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• 2 years of experience in an Inpatient Nursing Unit.
• Current RN license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License upon hire.
