About the role

Since 2015, Local Vacation Rentals has been committed to a local-driven approach to vacation rental management. Operating in Breckenridge, Park City, and Lake Tahoe, we manage over 400 properties and are known for our high-performance property management with a local touch. As a small startup, we're expanding and seek talented individuals to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes after each guest check-out and before each homeowner arrival to ensure the home is in excellent condition.
• Travel between properties daily to perform inspections and assist guests with any issues or questions.
• Communicate frequently with the guest services team to relay any issues found to homeowners.
• Perform minor tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures.
• Be an active communicator with the team and homeowners, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements

• Basic technical skills using a smartphone and web applications.
• Home maintenance skills (an assessment will be conducted during the interview).
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• One year of property management experience (preferred).
• One year of customer service experience (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license (required).
• A reliable vehicle (required).
