About the role
Work independently with office staff handling paperwork in a family atmosphere. All work is within Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in homes and commercial properties
- Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
- Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience when working in customers' homes
- Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations
- Leave customers thrilled with current work and open doors to future work
Requirements
- Strong "multi-skill" background desired
- Must own "day to day" tools of the trade
- Construction: 7 years (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
