Home Maintenance Coordinator

Essential Functions

• Interact with clients, primarily owners and residents, from the move-in process to the move-out processes and everything in between.
• Identify appropriate vendors and coordinate service repair work as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in Revela, our property management software. This includes invoicing homeowners, collections from residents, payments to trades.
• Cook up resident move-out inspections and completion of damages to get the home back to a "market ready" standard.
• Complete SODA forms in compliance with relevant laws.
• Reply to homeowner and resident emails to answer questions through our ticketing software.
• Able to work a large number of maintenance requests simultaneously.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a Single Family Rental Property Management role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Above average attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

PREFERRED

• A working knowledge of property management and customer ticketing software systems, especially Revela, Yardi, Salesforce, and Zoho.
