Home & Infusion Suite RN - Los Angeles/San Fernando

About the role

Atulo Health is a multi-state provider of home and infusion suite nursing services. We partner with pharmacies and other healthcare organizations to provide high-quality, patient-centered infusion care in patients’ homes and designated infusion suites. We are expanding our nursing network throughout California and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses interested in flexible Per Diem/PRN infusion opportunities.

As an Infusion RN with Atulo Health, you will provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites. Scheduling is flexible and based on patient referrals and availability within your service area.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies to adult and pediatric patients, including IVIG, SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable therapies
• Perform medication administration, patient assessment, and treatment monitoring
• Provide patient education and coordinate with the patient’s care team
• Document care accurately and communicate findings to relevant providers

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California RN license
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team
