About the role
As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care.Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN
- At least one year of relevant clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
