About the role
As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home. You will provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment and build lasting relationships with your patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver infusion therapies safely and effectively in the home setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed treatments
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Excellent IV start skills
- Current state driver’s license
