Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) - PT 30+

About the role

Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home. Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment. Build lasting relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical IV experience to assist patients in the comfort of their home.
• Provide one-on-one patient care and education based on the prescriber's plan of treatment.
• Build lasting relationships with patients.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Excellent IV start skills.
• Current state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in home infusion nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in IV administration.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
