About the role
Provide care in patients' homes across Sanford, Bithlo, Apopka, and Orlando.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe IV infusion medications
- Collaborate with care teams to support patient well-being
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
- Serve as the main contact for care coordination
- Exercise clinical decision-making autonomy to achieve positive health outcomes
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license
- At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home health care
- Proficiency in IV techniques
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to travel for 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
- Prior BSN preferred
- Experience with infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy preferred
- Internet connection must be broadband with minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds
