Home Infusion Nurse

About the role

Provide safe and effective IV infusion medication administration in patients' homes, collaborating with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate records.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and coordinate care.
• Demonstrate clinical decision-making autonomy to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a broad geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
